There are standard 2 year warranty on all products, which means you can either get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. This condition of course that claim is justified. If there are more than 2 year guarantee or warranty, this warranty that is provided by the manufacturer on his terms.

Returns
You have 14 dayes return policy on items purchased from www.grundfosgiftshop.com as long as you return the product in the same condition as you received it, that is unused and in original packaging.

You will bear the cost of any returned of goods

Once goods have been returned to our warehouse, we will verify the product's condition. We reserve the right to deduct a proportionate share from your return amount (typically 20% of the price) if you have not returned the goods in the intact original packaging if you've written or put stickers on the packaging or in other ways has worsened its value. If goods are not returned in the original packaging intact, you also bear sole responsibility for the condition during transport.

If you use your right of cancellation we will not refund any cargo charges.

We transfer the final amount to the used payment cards within 14 days after we receive the product.
