Order Confirmation:
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, which indicate which product or products you have purchased.
Conditions:
Extra charge for Airfreight courier deliveries - stated on invoices
Cargo charges from Grundfos distribution center to Grundfos companies
Minimum order value: 50 EUR per order
We can not make exchanges for clothing that does not fit
Some articles can only be ordered in certain min. quantities (units)
Orders from supplier are sent to Grundfos distribution center, Monday and Wednesday
Private Purchases from Grundfos online shop is NOT Allowed
Rules regarding usb and copydan cost
If you buy usb for external use (customer use), Grundfos has to pay copydan cost for these. You have to mention this when you order, so that we can send extra invoice regarding copydan. If you buy usb for internal use (employees), Grundfos do not have to pay copydan cost for these. All the usb prices in the shop are without copydan cost.
Freight:
All prices are excl. freight charges which will be invoiced seperatly from Grundfos Distribution center. ONLY courier and air freight charges will be charged directly from our supplier and added on the invoice.
IMPORTANT:
Upon delivery, we recommend that the package is thoroughly checked as cargo damage can be detected already at delivery. If the item is not in order of receipt, or if you find hidden damage to the goods (where there has been no visible signs on the packaging), please contact www.grundfosgiftshop.com +45 75 75 25 75 or lager@idegroup.dk soon as possible and within reasonable time. Damaged or missing products must NEVER be taken into use until there has been contact with www.grundfosgiftshop.com
If the packaging is damaged upon receipt, we recommend that you note this on the waybill when you acknowledge the receipt. However, you should refuse delivery of goods if the goods are clearly damaged. Then please contact www.grundfosgiftshop.com to agree the way forward.
Payments:
At www.grundfosgiftshop.com you can use the following creditcard types.
MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron og JCB
When paying by Mastercard there will be charged for a fee of 3,75% of the purchase.
If payment is done by credit card, you are always protected against abuse. You have the option to refuse payment when you receive your payment history. You have no deductibles in the event that your card is misused in an Internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment. Thus, you are better protected than in the physical world where you have a deductible of 1200 DKK when your credit card is misused by using the pin code. The data you submit in connection with purchases paid with credit card is encrypted (SSL) and it is only PBS that can read them. Neither www.grundfosgiftshop.com or others have the opportunity to read the data.
The amount of goods are deducted only when goods are shipped from our warehouse.

Expiry date (printed into the card on the front)
Check digits (three digits written on the back of the card just above the magnetic stripe far right)
When you pay by credit card, you are safe from abuse without excess. If your credit card is misused, you can request that your card issuer shall transfer the amount to your credit card. You can read more about Liability and responsibility rules in the Act on Certain Means of Payment .
Reservation for pricing errors, omissions excepted, etc.
In the event of pricing errors, sold out or obsolete items, or force majeure www.grundfosgiftshop.com reserves the right to fully or partially cancel the order or delay delivery.
During force majeure fall primarily labor disputes, war or military call, blockades, barricades, political unrest, government intervention of any kind, lack of drive means or circumstances that are otherwise beyond www.grundfosgiftshop.com 's control and affecting www.grundfosgiftshop.com 's opportunities for to meet its delivery obligations.
